Thank you Jim :):) Jen Raymer handled the paper work on our purchase of a Toyota Rav 4. She was very efficent . All the paper work was in order. Signing papers and going over information about warrenties can become overwelming. Jen made the process simple and we left Hartford Toyota with a smile on our face. I had my second new Camry SE from Hartford Toyota for over a year when I first met up with Jim Palumbo. He was doing a courtesy check with me and I relayed to him how I'd been living with a minor but an over a year when I first met up with Jim Palumbo. He was doing a courtesy check with me and I relayed to him how I'd been living with a minor but annoying seat issue since delivery. Jim quickly engaged Corey as my new service writer and plans were made to assess the problem and remedy the situation. Jim's intervention and Corey's responsiveness resulted in the car quickly being scheduled and brought in for diagnosis. After conferring with the service manager, Corey told me that Hartford Toyota would replace all of the possible components under factory warranty to ensure the best possible outcome. One more quick visit later and the work is being done as promised. Thanks to Jim for stepping into the situation with the goal of making me happy with my car and Hartford Toyota. Thanks to Corey for jumping in as well and working with my schedule to get things done efficiently. More

Great Experience from Start to Finish! From when my wife and I first walked into the dealership, you were given a comfortable welcome by the staff to the facility. Taking one step back though, Tina Zarlenga from Internet Sales introduced us to the vehicle and gave us some excellent benchmark information before transferring the care to Jim Palumbo. Jim is both very patient and knowledgeable on all of their vehicles. He guided us through the process and helped us select the features for which were/are our priority. He kept in constant contact to make sure if there were questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience considering it was a large purchase. Our journey of purchasing a car started with Jill Bruno, ecommerce director, sending me with some suggestions of used Prius's. My husband and I visited the showroom the next day and Jay Raham, salesman, h ecommerce director, sending me with some suggestions of used Prius's. My husband and I visited the showroom the next day and Jay Raham, salesman, helped us try out the car we thought we would like plus another 2013 that turned out to be too expensive. Jay prepared the price sheets on both vehicles and presented them to us. Meanwhile a price was given for our trade in Prius. Andrew Lombardo, sales manager, joined us and we discussed the prices and decided on a fair price for old Prius and our new used Prius. During the entire process we were treated well and everyone was very polite and attentive. Andrew and Jay mentioned that we would become part of the family at the store and by the end of the process, we felt we were an important part of that family. We definitely would recommend doing business at the Hartford Superstore. More
