Easy and efficient. Friendly and customer service oriented. Great system - made an online inquiry on a Sunday morning and Jill got right back to me from her home. She had the sales guy (Dave) call me to confirm the vehicle was available and I was able to set an appt that day. Got there and Dave had the car ready for me to see and test drive. Also, waiting room greeter was friendly and accommodating - asked if we needed and beverage while we were waiting and came back right away with what we asked for. We made the deal quite easily and Dave handled everything I needed. He was very responsive even on his day off when I had a question. Great dealership. I'd highly recommend to anyone. More

He had everything ready upon our arrival. the car we asked to see was pulled up to the front, the trade information was started and he himself was available. When he introduced himself he said, "I will do whatever I need to, to earn your business..." and that is exactly what he did. He presented us with the best price the FIRST time. Guy listened to what we wanted and needed. He was patient and knowledgeable. Our time was just as valuable as his and that translated into respect and GREAT customer service.
