I was so impressed by what I observed in Luis, an increasingly a rare quality in many sales professionals and something he has for sure--a genuine interest in seeing that I (the customer) got the information and the car that I wanted.... a fantastic new Toyota! Gabe got me into the price point I wanted, with the interest rate I wanted, in a nicer and newer car than I was even considering. Gabe and Andrew make an amazing team. Andrew is the best sales manager I have come across at a dealership, and Gabe is the most amazing salesperson to deal with. I loved working with these guys and I will be sure to come back for my next car, as well as recommend this place to friends and family. I have had my car serviced once already. Gabe made sure they took good care of the issues even though I had bought the car a month before. Really--what an awesome place. More

My sales associate, Jim Palumbo, was great to work with. I traded up from an older Camry, and during the test drive he took the time to point out the similarities and differences I would find in the new model. He was more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. He also made sure the delivery process went smoothly and that I was comfortable in the car before I drove out of the lot. I had my previous car serviced by the staff at Hartford Toyota, and I'm looking forward to having them take care of my new car. More

Great customer service and price I recently purchased my second car in less than 12 months from Hartford Toyota. Last year Andrew Lombardo was incredibly helpful in ordering me a bran I recently purchased my second car in less than 12 months from Hartford Toyota. Last year Andrew Lombardo was incredibly helpful in ordering me a brand new Tacoma. Andrew has since been promoted and this time around I dealt with Michael Delemos. I showed up on a Saturday having thoroughly researched the Toyota Prius. I came in to test drive one really just to make sure I didn't hate it. Michael was very well informed about the vehicle. He and my wife came with me for a test drive during which he was very cordial and answered all of my questions. At the end of the test drive I was up front with Mike about my intentions which were to call around to all local dealers in order to solicit the best price. Mike appreciated this and asked that instead of talking price that day, that I come back to him last and offer him the opportunity to beat whatever price I had in mind (this is what I did with the Tacoma). I did exactly that. Mike and I went back and forth via text a few days later. We were initially about $1k apart but he ultimately agreed to my asking price. Hartford Toyota did not have a vehicle on the lot with the specs I was looking for, but they sourced one from another dealer and had it on the lot the next day. 24 hours after agreeing in principal to pricing via text I was driving off the lot in the vehicle. Price is #1 for me when purchasing a new vehicle but the customer service I have been shown at Hartford Toyota by both Michael and Andrew as well as other employees I've interacted with over the past year while servicing my Tacoma has been phenomenal. I have never felt pushed around or that I was just another sale. All employees are very friendly and genuine, especially Andrew and Mike. I value the relationship that I have established with the folks at Hartford Toyota and when my wife begins her search for a new vehicle in the next few months the search will start and end in Hartford. More
