Gale Toyota in Enfield gave me an appraisal for trade in of my vehicle, and Hartford Toyota was able surpass that appraisal and get my payments right where i needed them to be.Was told they could get my price down to a certain number, and came back 2 days later to complete the paperwork and they went back up with the price so had to renegotiate back to my original offer which was kind of annoying, but no big deal they have to get paid somehow. I was amazed at how great the customer service was, my sales rep Luis was extremely nice, Andrew Lombardo was also very nice and professional, and Tony Mumtaz in finance was very helpful as well. Luiz Matinez was very helpful with the whole process. It was the nicest i have been treated at any car dealership. That goes for the whole process and the employees i dealt with. All in all great experience i will absolutely send everyone looking for a new car to Hartford Toyota. A great experience, and i have already sent a friend to get a car there. More

Blue Light Special I am absolutely thrilled with my Corolla which is practically brand new for the used car price... and it was on sale! After browsing car lots between I am absolutely thrilled with my Corolla which is practically brand new for the used car price... and it was on sale! After browsing car lots between Hartford and East Hartford, dealerships and side lots, I found just what I was looking for (in the most unexpected and thrilling Blue color) on the Toyota Superstore website around midnight on Saturday. I immediately inquired through the website and was delighted to see Sunday hours available. I was already on my way to the Superstore with my boyfriend for the 11:00 opening when I received a friendly phone call from the receptionist who wanted to give me an official appointment time, directions, and alert staff to prep the car. I was so impressed! Dave Goduti greeted us, showed me to the car with the utmost humor, entertained us with conversation and information during a test drive, talked me through the certification process etc, and truly treated me like family. He was so patient as I frantically called my dad several times to no avail but I left a deposit anyway. After viewing yet another lot I returned to the Superstore with my Dad on Monday night and Dave willingly spoke to him over the phone as we came to view the car with a sold sign ornament :) Of course, Dad said yes! By Tuesday evening I was signing digital paperwork with Tony and learning about the financial market and how car manufacturing has changed over the years. My experience here was top of the line and I could not have found a better choice for a first car purchase. It was like a blue light special in aisle 2010 at the Toyota Superstore. I definitely plan to recommend this location to friends and get my car serviced here. More
