We found that Gaetano was very engaged with all ascepts of our concerns ie: budget, affordability, safety, warranties etc... He was very throrough in making certain that whatever we were buying was going to be a good fit for our needs. Gaetano was also detailed with clear and precise explanations of the details of our new car leaving us with no questions but offering an open door to him, if any concerns should arise. Our expectations while working with Gaetano and the rest of the Hartford Toyota Superstore Family was far above what we expected.
