Tina was most helpful in getting the information we needed on the Prius V that we were interested in. We confirmed an appointment only after she made sure the car was still available and moved to outside the showroom so that it was ready for a test drive. After the receptionist greeted me at the door by my first name, which right away set the tone, she introduced me personally to Tina who then introduced me to Guy who took over from that point on. Guy without a doubt was very informative, knowledgeable, and genuine. He went with me for a test drive and explained lots about the car that was new to me. We already owned a 2008 prius so there were many similarities. After our test drive we sat down and went over figures. Everything hinged on the trade in value of our car to make the deal work. Guy worked hard to get us our price so that I was able to sign and put a deposit down that day on the new Prius V. He went above and beyond to work with his management team and me to be able to finalize the sale of the car. Never did I expect to walk away that day having purchased a new car. I was elated and thrilled that it came to fruition. All I had to do was tell my husband who had just left for Texas on business!! When we spoke that night he, too was surprised that I actually bought the car, but happy it all worked out and it was a done deal. He then listened to me about how wonderful my experience was with everyone I came in contact with. When the day came for us to pick up the car, once again everyone was very genuine and super friendly. Guy went over all the details and features of the car, even setting up entunes and my phone to the blue tooth. He also took care of the registration which was made more difficult given it was in Massachusetts. He was very accommodating and happy to do it. I will definitely buy at Hartford Toyota in the future and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to my friends. More

Best car buying experience ever I foolishly decided a few days before Christmas to surprise my wife with a new Highlander. Despite the many things needed to make that happen, Hartf I foolishly decided a few days before Christmas to surprise my wife with a new Highlander. Despite the many things needed to make that happen, Hartford Toyota made sure that I wasn't disappointed. Mike Pembroke, my salesman was invaluable in helping me to understand and compare vehicles and the features I was considering. Andrew Lombardo worked with me to set a price for the vehicle and value of my trade. He stated from the beginning that we would make a deal and he stuck to that commitment. All discussion occurred in the open without the mystery and pressure that occurs at other dealerships. Everyone there appears to enjoy their jobs and working with customers. Then, when I selected a color and options, Mike set out to find a vehicle matching those preferences. When he determined it was a Highlander sitting in New Jersey, he simply drove the 120 miles there and brought it back to Hartford, and he did it all a day and a half before Christmas! I and everyone at the dealership followed his progress and together, they made sure that my family's holiday was extra special. I couldn't be more please with Hartford Toyota or my Highlander. They and it are great. I'll definitely visit Hartford Toyota when shopping for my next car. More

I was nervous about the idea of financing another vehicle. Luckily, Tony Mumtaz talked me through the pros and cons of leasing and I ended up leasing a 2015 Corolla that I'm in love with. Anthony Virgo showed us the different models and explained the differences. He also took us on our test drive. He was very polite and patient with us, and we were able to complete everything in a matter of hours. I checked out Carmax and lia Hyundai as well as some small places in hartford I recently purchased My Toyota Camary from MR.Johnson and I am thrilled. I checked out Carmax and lia Hyundai as well as some small places in hartford but I felt I was being scammed or treated poorly . But when I went to toyota I was treated fairly and explained everything I need to know and I got my new Toyota and I couldn't be happier. I will return when my daughter goes to college and get her car from Toyota and I hope Mr Johnson is there to provide me excellent customer service again. More
