Great deal and a pleasant experience I came into the dealership wanting to buy a new car, but not needing a new car. I had a two-year old Subaru. I went in wanting to look at a Rav4. t I came into the dealership wanting to buy a new car, but not needing a new car. I had a two-year old Subaru. I went in wanting to look at a Rav4. the one on the dealership floor was the one I wanted. a real sweet magnetic grey with a pinstripe Luis Gillen came over right away to help. he answered all of my questions, was thoroughly knowledgeable and more than willing to schlep outside in the pouring rain to describe the difference between the different versions of the Rav4. it took no time at all to put dealer plates on a car and to take it out for a test drive. When we negotiated the price, I thought that I got a good amount on my trade-in. I think I was offered a good deal, so I bought the car. throughout the process, Luis was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased the 8-year, 80,000 mile warranty because I felt it was a good deal. I did not feel pressured when dealing with the paperwork My previous experience of purchasing a Toyota and having it serviced at Hartford Toyota Superstore made me confident that I was not only getting a good deal, but that I would also be well taken care of in the future. More than happy with my experience I walked into the dealership with a specific color for a car. Anthony Virgo listened to my specifications and showed showed me two cars. The first one was a Toyota Corolla S plus and the second one was a Scion tC. I drove both and I chose the Scion tC. Anthony made looking for my first new car an enjoyable experience. He was nothing but nice through the whole buying experience. Every question that I asked he answered clearly and truthfully. He explained everything on the car and also told me to call him if i have any questions. To me that was a huge deal because it shows that he truly cares about his clients and is there to help. I left this dealership feeling like I was taken care of. Because of everyone that helped me that day I will go back Hartford Toyota for my next car. More
