I had a glimmer of hope with Jill Bruno, who was right on top of the emails I sent during the week. She answered right away with whatever information I needed. Huge Plus! Hartford Toyota was our first stop on Saturday. We were convinced a Corolla would be the car we needed. We walked into a bustling car dealership and became hopeful. The receptionist warmly greeted us! Jill came to see us and then introduced us to Gaetano Pagliano, who was one of those people we felt we had known all our lives. Guy showed us 2 cars, the second of which we were quite taken with. The deal progressed very smoothly and Guy bent over backward to meet our needs and address our concerns. He is very knowledgeable about the Toyota line, and has been in this location for 5 years. It was a pleasure to do business at Hartford Toyota Superstore. We look forward to other transactions with Hartford Toyota and Guy in the future. More

Amazing Car Buying Experience I contacted the dealership and spoke to Jill Bruno to see if I can get into a car. I explained to Jill my situation and she said to come down and she will have someone assist me. As soon as I walked in the dealership the greeter was very nice to us. The Salesperson who helped us was Steve Basora. At first we wanted a used vehicle because of our budget. Steve educated us on all the new Toyota's and special programs we qualified for. We picked out the Camry of our choice and Steve was still able to meet our budget in a brand new Camry. We were so excited but still in shock that we were able to get a brand new car with the help of Jill and Steve. My uncle purchased a vehicle here as well and I now see why he recommended us to Hartford Toyota. We live in Willimantic, CT so the dealership isn't in our backyard. Driving 45 minutes for the service we received was well worth it. Everyone here is like Family and they treat everyone with respect. I would recommend Steve to anyone and he is also Bilingual so if you need a Spanish Salesperson he is definitely the man for the job. Overall the experience here was different from the typical car dealership it was a no-pressure environment so for a first time buyer like me it was a relief and made the transaction easier. More

The snow has been so bad this year I convinced my mom that it was time to get a new car. We met with Charles and he was very professional. He showed us the car that my mother fell in love with which was the Rav 4. He did a great job going over all of the features during the test drive. There was no question that this was the car for her. Afterwards we met with Marc who did all the paperwork for us and was really helpful guiding us step by step. All and all, my mother is very happy with her new Rav 4. This was the best experience for her. More
