After they have your money you are dead to them I purchased a used Toyota Highlander! During the sale they were kissing my butt! During the process of giving them my title of the car I traded in I purchased a used Toyota Highlander! During the sale they were kissing my butt! During the process of giving them my title of the car I traded in, my information had since changed. I made sure they had all the current documents to make sure the new title was correct . Of course it came in wrong with my wrong name and wrong address. It has been four weeks and not one human being will return any of my phone calls or any of my emails or any of my voice messages . I now have a title with my wrong name and my wrong address. No one has had the common decency to even acknowledge the fact that I've been calling or emailing. I don't expect it to happen overnight I just expect someone to say that they got my message.. any of my plethora of messages. I am now concerned I am going to have a problem when I need to sell my car because all the information is wrong.. it's not even my name anymore. Four weeks without one returned phone call. I have called and emailed and left voicemails probably 15 times and not one has been returned. Four weeks without Acknowledgement of receipt is absolutely unacceptable! Also, When I received my new vehicle it looked like it had been buffed with sandpaper... it was horrible. They did take it back to fix it but they fixed 10% of it.. only the worst part they redid. In my many emails I've been asking them to fix the other 90% of the car that looks terrible and I'm still getting no response. I sent significant amounts of photos for them to see how horrible it looks. People have stopped me to tell me that there is something wrong with the side of my car because they think I don't know. Luis Martinez was my sales person and I keep asking him to give me the proper person to contact. I'm sure the sales person has nothing to do with the title but he could at least let me know who to speak to. More

New Lease I turned back my leased 2014 Prius v for a 2016 Prius v. Lui was my sales person, and I couldn't ask for better. On one occasion he returned a call on his day off. He works behind the scenes, and will meet you when you come to the dealership but introduce you to a sales person who has been provided with your background information on your car search. And will follow up after the meeting...it was the follow-up that made the deal on my second visit to the dealership. One suggestion: While I recognize that Toyota (the mfg) controls regional advertising at Toyota dealerships, I would strongly advise better wording when the advertisement contains information on both lease and purchase options as the current advertising may be losing sales. Until clarified by Mike, I had erroneously assumed that the lease payment and down payment would also require additional payments AT TIME OF LEASE for vehicle registration, destination charges, dealer prep. etc. These latter payments are additional charges to a PURCHASE at time of sale, along with CT Sales Tax. I assume that some of these charges are proportionally worked into the monthly lease figure...but it is not another $2,000+ you need at the time of leasing. If you are thinking of leasing (or purchasing) ask Mike to explain your charges at time of lease/sale. For me, a lease was a better option. Thank again to all at Hartford Toyota. More

We just couldn't find the right deal. Cody Gill at Hartford Toyota did an excellent job getting a premium car to a workable price for our budget and for our family. Thanks for working to make that deal with us Cody. Sam Guzman in finance also made our experience that much more sweet helping us get a better rate than we expected. Really nice guy who we had a lot in common with and he seemed to have our best interest even before we even stepped into his office. Both men did an excellent job representing their dealership and us as a customer. I feel comfortable saying that if and when we need to buy another new or used car we will be coming back to Hartford Toyota. Thank you all for the sweet new(ish) ride. More
