Some of the most important charaterisitcs which Gaetano exhibited was his ability to attentively listen to exactly what I wanted in purchasing a Toyota truck. He provided me with valuable feedback, he was patient in showing me my options and personalizing my request in selecting exactly what I wanted. All of his actions from the time I came into the dealership until closing the deal showed that he was not about making a "quick" sale but more about me having an exceptional customer service experience. As a result, his patient, attentive and respectful demeanor ultimately led towards the success of me purchasing and leaving the dealership with what I ultimately wanted...my truck. There are a lot of Toyota car dealerships in Connecticuit but the experience that I had at Harford with Gaetano was...priceless! Lily was a patient listener and always promptly called me back. I would go back to Lily Browne in a heartbeat. Prior to working with Lily Browne I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jill Bruno over the Internet from 2014-2016. Jill was not overbearing yet kept me updated and informed about the changes and redesigns of the Prius for 2 years. Once the new redesign was in place in 2016 I contacted Jill to set up a test drive.
