Great experience in bying a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Full disclosure, I do not "enjoy" buying a new car, it stresses me out, but it is a necessary thing I must do (fortunately infrequently). That said, the folks at Hartford Toyota made my experience smooth and comfortable. From my first point of contact, Mike in the Internet department, who located the car I wanted, followed through in a timely manor, and was very responsive to my inquires, to Adam on the sales floor who was patient with me while I decided on the various possibilities, and walked me through the process. ironing out a couple small "wrinkles", to Andrew in Finance who wrapped it all up nicely; they all get a 10 for exceeding expectations. Easy and Excellent Buying Experience I completed my deal in 2 days, I visited Hartford Toyota on Friday and finalized the deal, got the vehicle on Saturday (though they offered on Friday, I completed my deal in 2 days, I visited Hartford Toyota on Friday and finalized the deal, got the vehicle on Saturday (though they offered on Friday, I took it on Saturday). Luis Gonzalez was my sales person. He was really good, calm and patiently shown all the available vehicles, explained all the features, he always considered my opinion and cared. Richard McAllister Jr/Jim Webster offered good deal and trade in value, which made me to finalize the purchase. Marc and Tony were also very helpful in my buying process. Overall It was great experience buying a new vehicle from Hartford Toyota. More

This place is a rip off My husband bought his truck back in may the financial guy jack up the price and try to rip us we try to refinance the truck and get a better rate it t My husband bought his truck back in may the financial guy jack up the price and try to rip us we try to refinance the truck and get a better rate it took them close to Two months to book the loan when they finally book the loan like in July they refuse to reimburse the difference to this day they are scamming people and they all of them are stammers especially that Tony the financial manger I am definitely going to take legal action against them because that is our money we pay for it so we should have gotten it back they suck More

My wife loves the hybrid knowing she is saving gas and the environment. I also found the other support people very helpful. I am glad I looked outside my local area for dealership associated with my bank. Getting a finance program that met my requirements was nice too. From the start Dave was one of the most responsive and attentive salesmen I have met (I spoke with 3 different dealers), even reaching out to me while he was on his vacation to make sure the process was going smoothly.
