As with most dealerships they say they'll offer you a great deal from the start but in reality you have to negotiate a deal and this dealership was no exception however in the end I felt that I received a reasonable deal for my new lease. Was overcharged and mislead. I dealt with Tony as my older brother had dealt with him for many years. I was going in to try to get an affordable price on a Rav4 (LE only the basic I dealt with Tony as my older brother had dealt with him for many years. I was going in to try to get an affordable price on a Rav4 (LE only the basic) but I was charged a lot of money and told that because I was young he needed to put all these "extra coverages" on it. I believed him and went home that day with my car. I don't understand how a basic model, with nothing in it, could cost over $36,000. More

Once i decided to make my way to the dealer i was set up with Gaetano and he made it the best buying experience we have had in the last few years, This was the 5th new vehicle purchase we have made in the last 4 years so i have a good idea on what usually happens. Anyways he was able to find the exact truck we wanted from another dealer and went out of his way to get it in stock for us the next day.
