The staff was very friendly, honest , and did whatever wa I was very pleased with the process of leasing a new car at the Hartford Toyota Superstore. The staff was very friendly, honest , and did whatever was necessary to meet your needs without being "pushy" to buy immediately. I was especially pleased with the service from Thisady Khongdy who went above and beyond by picking me up at my house when I did not have someone who could give me a ride to the dealership to pick up the new car. Overall, was pleased with the process and the car. Would recommend Hartford Toyota to others. More
