Very long waiting time. I was informed that I need a battery change, and the charge is way higher than how much we were charged for my the other vehicle in another dealershi I was informed that I need a battery change, and the charge is way higher than how much we were charged for my the other vehicle in another dealership. And yet, they didn't fix the issue. My car has been having the battery issue since then and my car was dead 5 times in 2 week. My husband finally got someone to look at my car in another Toyota dealer, and guess what? They put in a bad battery that was not functioning! Can you even believe this? Worst experience ever! More
