Locked out of car! Flew back from California and realized I had left my keys in rental car, Hartford Toyota was able to cut me a new key so I could at least open the doo Flew back from California and realized I had left my keys in rental car, Hartford Toyota was able to cut me a new key so I could at least open the doors and get my stuff. Provided me a loaner car until I could get my regular keys shipped over night. Made a stressful experience much, much easier. Service like this is why I will never drive anything other than a Toyota! From state of art repair facilities too modern waiting rooms, no pressure salesman that wanted to help and answer all questions, free coffee and when you left feeling they gave you best deal. The finance man took care of me with 6 year bumper to bumper warranty including oil changes, I know crazy good.. Thanks all it was a team effort to make shopping experience great. More
