SERVICE VISIT

I went in for an oil change, and there were a few recommended services that were not explained to me prior to my car being returned to me. One of the services was new wipers, which I then asked to ha recommended services that were not explained to me prior to my car being returned to me. It was a Saturday and I feel since it was towards the end of the day nobody wanted to be bothered with offering more to the customer because they just want to go home. More
