Great Dealership, Extraordinary Service Department I continue to be so impressed with Toyota Superstore and service department. I took my car in this morning unexpectedly and with no appointment. Bra I continue to be so impressed with Toyota Superstore and service department. I took my car in this morning unexpectedly and with no appointment. Brandon Chin immediately greeted me with a comforting smile and informed me everything would be okay. After I expressed my concerns about the car not starting and some other issues I was experiencing, he said he would take care of everything and he would not proceed until he gave me a full report, which he did. So impressive. Everyone I have come into contact with at Toyota Superstore in Hartford and especially the service department have been so professional and courteous. I could not fathom the thought of taking my car anywhere else for service. Thank you for such a positive experience. I will see you when it’s time to purchase my new Toyota. Once you own a Toyota, there’s no going back. More

Be careful when making a deal After having a bad experience at Toyota of Manchester I decided to take my car here for maintenance. I had a good experience and the staff was attenti After having a bad experience at Toyota of Manchester I decided to take my car here for maintenance. I had a good experience and the staff was attentive. For this reason, I decided to return and buy a car with them. Despite que end of the month waiting time (took me more than 5 hours), I got out of there with a new car at the price I had expected (keep reading). They said they would make the deal from another Toyota (not Lynch Toyota of Manchester), and I was happy with it. The manager, Jim is very communicative and was very supportive on my decision on that day. Jeannette, the sales representative was beyond nice and comprehensive. Unfortunately, two months later I received a bill from Toyota because the deal that we made had not been done. They said that it was paid back when I bought the new car but it wasn't. They didn't pay until I complained and didn't pay the amount we had discussed on the day of the deal. Now I ended up with an unexpected bill to pay, but Toyota financials (understood it wasn't night fault but the dealer's) was vary flexible to give me 30 days to pay it off and figure out my financials. We were planning on returning to Hartford Toyota to purchase another car but I rather drive to the other Toyota I initially got the deal and buy a car there. Be aware of this! More
