Continuously Helpful Leslie has always gone above and beyond when it comes to the service he's provided me. Whenever I come in for a routine service on my vehicle I often Leslie has always gone above and beyond when it comes to the service he's provided me. Whenever I come in for a routine service on my vehicle I often find myself sitting in the waiting area watching whatever is set on their tv. During that time I'll hear a familiar voice call my name. Who is calling me? Leslie Richam. We'll begin to converse for a few minutes where he asks about myself, my family, my work and the exact make and model of my car. He never ceases to impress me. At the end of every conversation he ask if my service with my car is going well and if not, how the process can be rectified and expedited. It usually concludes with him offering me coffee or water if haven't already helped myself. I love coming to this dealership. They treat you like a friend, actually, they treat you like family. With employees like Leslie it's obvious that they care about the human lives that enter their doors. I look forward to seeing the staff and Leslie when I walk in for my next routine service. More
