Bought our 5th Sienna First time dealing with the top notch crew at Hartford Toyota. They're a 1 hour drive from us, but they had what we wanted in stock, were very respons First time dealing with the top notch crew at Hartford Toyota. They're a 1 hour drive from us, but they had what we wanted in stock, were very responsive, and the price was right. Used their online inventory to determine that they had the model, trim, & color we wanted. Quick phone calls to confirm availability, price, and place a deposit. Next day completed the transaction with no complications or unwelcome surprises. The only surprise was an extra $1000 off the initial web price. Left the lot with instructions on the new Nav software, our phones already configured for bluetooth connectivity, and a full tank of gas. Hoping we'll get the miles on number 5 that we got on our first Sienna (>350k). Our second and third Siennas were Fleet vehicles driven for 80 to 100k miles with no significant issues. We're now on our own 4th (33k mi) and 5th (120 mi). If we get a sixth someday, Hardford Toyota will be at the top of our dealer list. More

During this process Jeanette ( a sales representative ) was very attentive, very helpful & very realistic and honest. She did a great job at allowing me to find the best car for me. Once I picked the car Tony the financial director was EXTREMELY helpful at explaining the leasing & financing options as well & he helped me find the best option for me. Finally during the last step I was helped by Carlos also an amazing representative who was very attentive, very thorough at explaining the process and made the entire process extremely painless. I rate this particular store all fives and I wish I could rate them 10. I was very impressed at the service that I received with these individuals and they can rest assure that I will do follow up business with them in the future. I am very happy at the experience that I had and I am very happy about my new car. Their customer service is top notch and by the end of my visit, I felt like family. Both Leslie and Tony were so helpful and knowledgeable; explaining the leasing process to me since I've only ever financed cars and what my best options were with what I was looking for. I never felt rushed as I have before at other dealerships. They also have a large amount of inventory there to look at and test drive. I would, without a doubt, recommend this dealership to anyone I know. And I will continue to do business with them again in the future. I absolutely love my new RAV4! More
