Shortly later that afternoon Patricia contacted me to reflect on the experience and re-evaluated the proposed offer and improved it significantly. She stayed in touch with me for the following week or so while travel and other obligations including the graduation week at UConn where I work delayed me moving forward. Incredible service in an emergency! I can’t say enough good things about Mike Wells and his team in the Service Department. In a freak accident en route to a graduation ceremony in Hartf I can’t say enough good things about Mike Wells and his team in the Service Department. In a freak accident en route to a graduation ceremony in Hartford, I hit a massive pothole and bent a tire rim, blowing the tire in the process. I pulled into the shop (driving on the spare) and Lisa Taylor was so helpful and compassionate given my situation. They had me in a loaner and on my way to the graduation within 45 minutes, and the car was ready to pick up the next day. They eased a stressful situation with their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to help out a weary traveler. Thank you all! More

Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable & Outstanding!!! Three years ago, my husband and I leased our first vehicle at Hartford Toyota. With a baby on the way and two young children at home, we were looking Three years ago, my husband and I leased our first vehicle at Hartford Toyota. With a baby on the way and two young children at home, we were looking for a vehicle that would accommodate our growing family. I had never leased before, so I was a bit anxious about the process. We dealt directly with Rich McAllister, Jr. along with Tony in Finance and they made the experience incredibly positive. Fast forward to three years later at the end of our lease, I was not sure about how the lease process would end and what to do next. My husband and I made an appointment with Patricia to come in and discuss our lease-end options. Though we thought about "shopping" at other dealers, going back to Toyota and working with Lui Gillen and Rich Jr. again sealed the deal that we were definitely going to stay. Lui and Rich made the process seamless, answered all questions that we had and were available to chat any time that I needed them. We spoke with Rich, Jr. about our financial plan for the vehicle and he was completely transparent with us about what we would be able to do with the money that we had to put down. When we were ready to trade our vehicle in, Lui began all the paperwork prior to us coming in and spoke with the insurance company so that everything would be ready when we arrived. Once there, we worked with Dave Goduti who was also amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and also helped moved the process along so that we weren't spending a long time at the dealership. We dealt with Tony again for the financial end and he was just as wonderful as last time...so friendly and great with my two youngest children who came along for the trip. Dave gave us his business card and told us to contact him at any point with any questions about the vehicle or functions inside of the vehicle. I had a question about payments a few days after we left, so I contacted Dave and he responded right away and contacted Tony for me to ask my question. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and with the outstanding employees that we have dealt with from start to finish. I would also like to add that all of my service appointments during my first three years of leasing, every employee who came to pick up my vehicle where I work and every mechanic that I dealt with have all been fantastic! Always on time, call and text before they arrive and always check in with me prior to preforming any services on the vehicle that may not have been expected. Also very friendly and who made the car servicing process easy and even enjoyable! I cannot say enough about how great Hartford Toyota has been and because of Patricia, Lui, Rich Jr., Dave and Tony we will continue to do business with them in the future!!!!! More

A Happy Customer of the McAllisters since the 90's I am from Long Island and come to Hartford for my cars.
