I was told I my brakes were grinding, to it to an independent shop , my brakes were not even halfway worn,. The inspection was going to cost $80 to take off all four wheels, I asked to rotate the tir independent shop , my brakes were not even halfway worn,. The inspection was going to cost $80 to take off all four wheels, I asked to rotate the tires when reinstalling them since the were off, I was told that’s an additional rotation cost.
