I've got to say that service by Shane Lesperance was a very pleasant experience. I expressed that my last visit I told the mechanic that my tire kept needing air and he did nothing to fix it and said nex very pleasant experience. I expressed that my last visit I told the mechanic that my tire kept needing air and he did nothing to fix it and said next time I come back he would check it out. That was totally unacceptable. Shane came out to let me know I needed a new rim. Showed me a picture of what the damage looked like - it appeared to be pothole damage and I did hit one on my way to work in New Britain many months ago. So he redeemed your dealership :) More

The staff at Harte Nissan are always professional and accommodating. They helped me switch my service appointment with last-minute notice and were able to get me in the very next day.
