I brought in my 2012 Nissan Altima for Oil and Filter service. Sylvester was very professional in explaining what work was going to be performed and some additional items which should be considered. I declined these items for the time-being, but indicated to Sylvester that I would seriously consider performing the recommended work in the near future. The work was performed quickly and neatly. The entire service team treated me very professionally and courteously. I feel that I am a valued customer of Harte Nissan and certainly will consider them for my automotive needs in the future. More
I had one of my worst sale experience at Harte Nissan. Let me try to put in the chain of events that happened I walked into the store for a Nissan Altima 2.5 SV – 2013 (preowned ) . I was provided all the details and I was presented with the options for new ones by the sales executive. I told if the new cars come with certification. I was told that certification is only for used/preowned cars and New cars warranty provided all that certification provides. I came in the next day to purchase a new Nissan Alitma 2.5S .at this time we agreed on to the following 1/. NMAC financing @ 2.99 APR ( given I had approval from Digital Credit Union @ 2.49 APR) 2/. Out of the door price of 21,398/- ( 5,000 as Cash down cheque was given on the spot) I submitted all the documents and when I had to pick up the car ( I was provide the pickup service by Harte Nissan for delivery of my car ) , the following happened 1/. I was told that NMAC has declined the 2.99 financing and has following two options a) Financing of 16,398 @ 5.49APR b) Financing of 16,898 @ special rate of 0.9 APR ( I will loose discount of $500 that was given to meet the competition price of 21,398. I was never told that if the financing is not approved or I opt financing from different bank then the price of the car will be different ) 2/. I was told that New cars warranty is for 3 years and I need to purchase for additional 3 years .The first three years do not have any road side assistance, rental/hotel facility as available in certification . I raised the issue with the business manager Mr Ahsaan, that these facts are not as the information provided to me and I want to raise a formal complaint for these two issues 1/. That $500 loss I have to take just because different APR is approved by NMAC 2/. That the warranty terms and condition that were stated are different from what are being given. The sales person Mr Kelvin was called and he asked me to get out and said that we don’t want to sell the car. This was further escalated to Mr Steve who said that Road side assistance is provided in case of Car failures not because of driver negligence. Also while filling Incentive Claim form : I was not allowed to fill either of the two options a) Issue the cash payment to me from the dealer b) I hereby assign the cash payment to the dealer. I was told these will be taken care by the dealership backend staff. I have bought the car with these two losses because I was in urgent need of a car due to medical condition of my kid. However this experience was bitter and I am sure that I am unlikely to recommend Harte Nissan to anyone again. Thanks Rajesh More

My continued experience with Hart Nissan for the past 3 1/2 years has been outstanding. All the service people and especially the service manager, Damien Polance, have worked for my best interest to insur 1/2 years has been outstanding. My dad and I went to Harte Nissan one Saturday just to look at the car in person, ask questions, and test drive the vehicle. The sales consultant that serviced us was amazing! He expleained to me the difference between the S and SV model. After test driving the vehicle, I was sold. My dad and I both love the SUV and we ended up purchasing it the same day. I defiantly recommend people to purcahse a nissan through Harte Nissan because everyone there is friendly and know their stuff. More

Harte Nissan continues to provide consistently exceptional service for my Nissan Altima. I had to unexpectedly take a long trip with my car and called Harte to attempt to get my oil change and ti exceptional service for my Nissan Altima. I had to unexpectedly take a long trip with my car and called Harte to attempt to get my oil change and tire rotation done before my departure. They accommodated my request despite the late call to them and I was able to get the work done on time. Since they have multiple service staff available to handle customers when they arrive to leave their cars for service, there is rarely a wait, as was the case when I got my car serviced. The service area is very neat, clean and organized to be convenient for customers. They had my car done earlier than they promised enabling me to get on my way for my long driving trip. The check-out process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. More
Unfortunately, this dealer is in a close vicinity to my job so I get an oil change there regularly. During my oil change, they normally perform a safety inspection in which they noticed a few issues in whi job so I get an oil change there regularly. During my oil change, they normally perform a safety inspection in which they noticed a few issues in which they would not disclose but wanted me to pay a $99 fee to have my car inspected. If it's a saftey issue, I do believe that they should be advise what exactly their concerns are rather than try to have me sign a liability form. At any rate I did take my car to a licensed mechanic and I had several issues that I got fixed. Today my car goes to the shop and my service record is locked because allegedly, my fiance embarrased NIssan by telling the other cutsomers on his last visit that we didn't get good service(this never happened-I AM APPALLED). However, today they told him they could not work on my car because I did not get the safety concerns fixed. I believe they are refusing to work on my car because I refuse to have the same issue I had fixed last year fixed there again and then when I questioned them about it I was told it happens, no emapthy at all. I understand that it cost to drive a car and am willing to pay, however, I am not willing to be treated with little respect. I will never buy another Nissan, I have had minute issues but the service has been costly and this repair center has not made it any better. I understand how a business works everyone has to make money but you can not tell a customer where to spend money. More
