Her patience with me when I had her going over the controls in the car for the third time - was genuine. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience! The one negative... was with the paper work. Fix your printer or print to another one! The pages of documents for my files have blots of printer stains - I had to scan and send to someone - very unprofessional looking - I would have rather had clean documents simply scanned to me. Not okay. But most importantly - I love the car! More

A phenomenal car buying experience A seamless, hassle-free experience right from our very first contact with their internet department, (big high-fives to Katie, Yellian and Karen in th A seamless, hassle-free experience right from our very first contact with their internet department, (big high-fives to Katie, Yellian and Karen in the BDC) right through to delivery. The numbers and terms which were discussed via telephone and email were the exact numbers and terms presented to us when we got to the dealership. At no point in the experience did we feel anything but respect for our time and intelligence. Not once did we feel even the slightest hint of disingenuousness or ineptitude and it is readily apparent that the culture within the Harte organization is one of consummate customer care. LaQuea Rayon, our sales person, was about as friendly and efficient as possible and Jared the F&I manager handled our transaction with transparency and utmost professionalism. When I observed to him that everyone in the dealership lent to it a real good vibe he impressed me by remarking that "Most of us have been working together for some time, we genuinely care about each other and the success of the store - one customer at a time." This is how car buying should be and based on our experience I could not be more enthusiastic in my recommendation of Harte Nissan. More

He gave me and my wife very detailed information for the car’s functions during the test drive and showed us around to get familiar with the service department. Free tires for life lol 😂 I purchased brand new 2016 Rogue with free tires for life. The salesperson told me there would be less maintenance than the Versa I had. I don't think I purchased brand new 2016 Rogue with free tires for life. The salesperson told me there would be less maintenance than the Versa I had. I don't think they honestly expect to honor that free tires for life because the maintenance they expect u to get is outrageously high. It all feels like a scam. More
Selling add on services to 80 year old women My 80 year old mother brought her 2016 Rogue with 8,800 miles in for an oil change to Harte Nissan Hartford. When there she was pressured to have her My 80 year old mother brought her 2016 Rogue with 8,800 miles in for an oil change to Harte Nissan Hartford. When there she was pressured to have her 10,000 mile service done and to have a "brake flush" done. A brake flush at 8,800 miles?? Absolutely ridiculous. There is no need to do a brake flush until at least 40,000 miles +, much less at 8,800. Regardless of what Nissan recommends. Nissan is obviously in the business of ripping off 80 year old women who just want to have their oil changed. Harte's response was that she agreed to the service being done. What a surprise.... When you tried to frighten an 80 year old into an unnecessary service, she agreed. The complete xxxxxxx Sylvester recommended by phone when I called that maybe next time I should come to make sure it didn't happen. Here's an idea, Sylvester.... Maybe you should not make it necessary to protect 80 year old women from over aggressive service staff who want to add on 133.99 to an oil change to change brake fluid that has no need to be changed for at least 30k more miles. Classic dealer service department that will do nothing to rectify predatory sales tactics against senior citizens. They should have credited the brake flush, instead Sylvester the xxxxxxx made sure to tell me that Nissan makes everyone sign off on service, whether they understand or not, so that they won't be reliable for credit card charge backs. Perfect. Great service Harte. I'm sure this is just business as usual. More
