I have had a few issues since I purchased my car there. You sold me a new car with a plugged tire, I have been made to wait much longer than expected, and had items added to my receipt that I was told I wo You sold me a new car with a plugged tire, I have been made to wait much longer than expected, and had items added to my receipt that I was told I would not be charged for. This experience was much different. I received a credit per the service manager for an issue I had on my last visit . This was noted on my history and was applied without incident. Timmy was very informative, helpful and got me in and out of the dealership faster than I requested due to a tight schedule. I was promised under an hour and I was out in under 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received this time and although I had planned on this being my last visit to Harte, I will now try again with hopes that this service will continue. More
