Damen is the MAN!!!!!!!!!!! I previously bought all my Nissans at DeCormier Nissan as it was located in Manchester ( about 5 miles from my house). But..... now I am a HARTE Nissan customer for life. Damen Polance has always treated me and my daughter-in-law ( Liz Reggio) and my son Eric Osleger with the utmost of professionalism. I had a few issues with my 2019 Nissan Rogue ( none related to the car but outside problems) and Damen went beyond and above to help me out. Best half hour spent in 5 months! We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and were taken in to speak with a service representative immediately. Lovely waiting room, with great a/c, wifi, coffee/tea/water available. They did NO up selling and actually told us that a tire rotation was NOT needed. Our service representative came and got us personally, charged us for exactly what was quoted, and we were in and out with in 37 minutes! I am making an appointment to bring in my TOYOTA Camry next week for servicing!! More
