With that premise in mind, they tried to overcharge me $750 in labor to R&R a REAR shock absorber. This is a one to two hour job. I protested to Dominique who told me the computer gives the flat rate. I asked to see the labor page to see that operation. Said computer was blah blah. I asked to speak to Mark Norko and was told he was in another store. I spent 35 years as an auto physical damage claims executive and knew they were trying to overcharge me. For the next 10 days I tried to get Norko to call me back. Never did. After much time with Infiniti Customer Relations, a manager from Harte called me and offered a substantial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPT UNLESS IT'S FOR WARRANTY. BTW:this was the third time they tried to pull an scam on me. After this incident, I bought a new Lexus Fsport and will never return to Harte again. More

This time, I decided I would look and then bring someone back to see it when I made my choice. It was after 5 pm on a snowy night when I walked into the showroom. Harrison greeted me and I immediately felt comfortable with him. I explained my hesitation for shopping alone. Harrison and Tony worked with me and I was able to trade my car in for a newer one. I was extremely pleased with Harrison’s easy going, no pressure attitude. I will happily recommend my family and friends to him! More

Great Sales Experience - But CPO Certification Overlooked We had an excellent Sales experience with Hasham Chaudhry when purchasing our CPO 2015 QX60. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the product. We had an excellent Sales experience with Hasham Chaudhry when purchasing our CPO 2015 QX60. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the product. But we felt rushed in taking delivery on a Saturday. We came in just to look at one particular QX60 in their inventory and when it was exactly what we were looking for, they wanted to push the deal through the same day, I really wanted to wait so I could clean out my trade in and have our new QX60 prepped thoroughly for the sale. But they persisted on doing it all that day. The following day when familiarizing myself with our CPO QX60, I found the oil was overfilled, the brake fluid reservoir bone dry, the coolant reservoir bone dry, both air and cabin filters filthy and the batter full of corrosion. All this on a 2015 with less than 15,000 miles! When I went over the CPO checklist, all the above items were checked off as "meets standards"! I honestly think it was overlooked so they could rush delivery the same day, but my guess is purely speculation. When I returned it the following weekend to address my concerns, the service department fixed everything accordingly, but ended up way overfilling the power steering fluid. When I questions this, the lead tech said it was "okay to do so" so I just smiled and took out the excess fluid when I got home. I have my doubts in the competence in the service department at this location, so I'll try my luck with Harte Infiniti in Wallingford when it's time for service. Another disappointment was that our CPO QX60 was delivered with a 1/2 tank of gas. I would expect a full tank on any premium brand, regardless new or CPO. So make sure you inspect the car closely before accepting delivery! More

Two of the cars on the “Service Loaner Selldown Event” had conveniently been sent to another location and their price had gone up several thousand dollars. Despite them still being listed on the website, I was told they would not honor the price (a week later and the false price is STILL posted.) I wrote a review and was later contacted by Harte and told they would get the car back. I was sent a link to a c ompletely different car that had never even been a service loaner. I asked for clarification and a manager called and offered a different car for a slight discount for the inconvenience. A few hours later we drove all the way there and that vehicle conveniently sold just a few minutes before...... We were offered another vehicle with several cosmetic issues and asked a few questions about how it compared to the other and were blatantly lied to multiple times (compared to info from the vehicles Carfax report.) If you are looking for honestly and integrity, this is not the place for you. More

Bob, one of the sales associates on the used lot and Tony, the manager of the used car lot, were extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They also made sure I got what i wanted in the budget I needed. Needless to say I bought a car from them. Great dealer and great employees. I can't speak highly enough when talking about these people and my experience buying my first car. I would recommend to everyone! More
