Last October I made the transition from the Nissan brand, Maxima to an Infiniti, I have driven a Nissan for 15+ years prior and I wanted to 'test" a bigger, higher end luxury car without getting buried in it Maxima to an Infiniti, I have driven a Nissan for 15+ years prior and I wanted to 'test" a bigger, higher end luxury car without getting buried in it first time out... Mike sold me a used 2008 M35 back in Oct 2010. It did not take me long to realize this is the car for me and that as a lease customer by lifestyle I should attempt to get out of my current car and into a lease before my mileage put the value of the car beyond a new deal. Mike was good right out of the gate, and honest I believe, knowing I was "close" in trade value on my car I knew the margin for the dealership would have to be lean in order to fit my needs and financial resources. Mike was able to find the car to fit my budget, a new 2011 M37, the last on the lot which allowed the dealership just enough flex to hit my numbers. I can not imagine there was much in this for Mike and am sure his time could have been more profitable for himself elsewhere; I am just glad that he understands the importance of relationships in business and had the foresight to realize that his time investment and sercice would pay off even more going forward. I work with 9,500 employees and trade my cars every 2 years or so, I will certainly recommend Mike to my co-workers and call on him again in the future. Thank You. More

I have had dealings with service on many occasions and they are always accomodating and thorough in their evaluations of my cars needs. I can't say enough wonderful things about Anwar. He is now a great friend. I have never purchased a vehicle where someone took so much time AFTER THE SALE to make sure I understood all the new features o now a great friend. I also feel very comfortable contacting Anwar at any time for the length of time I have this Infinity vehicle with any problems or questions I might have. He knows that even though I received a very thorough session with regard the new features on this car, that as I use it, I will have questions....and I feel very comfortable that he will help me at any time--now or months from now, with whatever questions I may have. If you are considering salary raises for any of your employees in the near future, I nominate Anwar Hussein! My husband is now considering an Infinity convertible just because he wants to deal with this wonderful Harte Infinity employee. More

However, my experience at Harte Infiniti was great! I recently bought 2011 G37x. Regarding sales... First of all, Anthony Andeen, internet sales manager, is great!!! He is not a typical car salesman. I think he is genuine and honest, no BS. For example, he gave me a fair price on internet and helped me in person when I went to see the car. He was very professional and spent time with me starting from test drive to follow up after the purchase, with smile on his face all the time. I highly recommend to call and see him if you are considering Infiniti. You will be treated well. He is good guy. Regarding my car and service at Harte... I initially had a problem with Navigation system. However, Tom Terry, assistant service manager, took care of it promptly. He ordered a new HDD and called Infiniti to fix it, and it is working fine now. He was very kind and treated me like his friend. If I need a car in the future, I would consider buying Infiniti again, and I will look for Anthony Andeen at Harte. He is a smart person and is good at sales/customer service; Tom is a very friendly person. I highly recommend Anthony and Tom at Harte Infiniti. MC More
Over a 23-year period I owned or leased 17 vehicles, which translates into many salesmen and sales managers. This is the first time that I repeated a manufacturer. Another great experience with Harte Infinity. I have been going to this dealership for 12 years. I lease my cars with Harte. Their service department is second to NONE!! Extremely efficient and pleasant experience. The service representative approached me within seconds of my arrival, very friendly and efficient; the service itself was completed well ahead of schedule! I love driving my new 2011 G37X Infinity. This is my first Infinity and I am glad I made the switch over. Sean my salesperson was very helpful and has walked me through all of the features the car offe first Infinity and I am glad I made the switch over.
