I've had my new M35h for about two months and I have been remiss in writing about my purchasing it and the subsequent service visits I have had at Harte Infiniti. Never have I felt that the Salesperson was on my side before - prior experiences has always been a more adversarial engagement. The business managers were equally friendly and I felt that they were honestly working to get me the best deal that would fit my budget. I have taken the car in for routine maintenance and can give the best reviews to the Service department as well! Well I have only written one other review in my life and that was about a software Company I have used for years. This was the best experience. Although my husband purchased the car for me as a gift and I w that was about a software Company I have used for years. This was the best experience. Although my husband purchased the car for me as a gift and I was not there for the purchase my husband said they were easy to work with and fair. They brought in the exact color and car I wanted and delivered it to my home as a surprise. Bobby who delivered the car told me to stop by anytime so he could show me how to utilize all the new technology the car had. I called a few weeks later and asked if I could come by if he was not busy. He was happy to help and encouraged me stop in. When I arrived the secretary said he was waiting for me. He walked me through everything in the car even getting a CD from his own car to show me how I can download my cds. He also added wheel locks to protect my tires. I was there for over two hours. I was so happy to learn so much about what the car had to offer. What was nicer was to have someone take the time even after th car was sold to show me everything. I am a very busy and my time is limited but I really felt this experience deserved my time in writing this review. More
