Interestingly, we visited Harte Infiniti in New Haven but they never properly followed up a number of emails after the visit. So, we decided to visit Harte in Hartford. Totally different experience. Since the purchase, we have had the car serviced once and once again found the reception and experience to be top notch. Today, I called for another service (they offer free oil change and tire rotations during the first year) and found they could schedule the service exactly when desired. Harte has a very comfortable waiting area and always washes the car before service is completed. More
