I was happy with the option of the vehicle. Was also happy with the service from the sales rep, joe. My only comment I would make is when I came back with an appointment to go over details of finalizin happy with the service from the sales rep, joe. My only comment I would make is when I came back with an appointment to go over details of finalizing the car sale, I had to wait a while ( although they were busy, which is a good thing ), I would have at least acknowledged the fact I was finishing up with another customer personally, rather than having to ask other people if the sales person knew I was waiting. They also did most of what they promised on me picking up the vehicle, but, again...the car wasn't detailed as promised ( again, the showroom did have a fire, so, that could have been a factor ). All in all, I was pleased with the service, as well as the service staff, which are very friendly guys! Still working out one issue with the car, which has been frustrating, but, the service staff have been working very hard to resolve this issue ( actually coming to my job to drop off a loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle ). I'm sure this issue will be resolved, and I'm happy they are doing it in such a professional way! BTW, the car is otherwise awesome! More

I was skeptical, but he delivered on all counts. I'm the proud driver of a new G37x and the whole process was painless. We had been shopping around for an M37x and decided to go to Harte in Hartford. Our experience could not have been better from sales, loan preparation, service and the the final delivery with over an hour to Harte in Hartford. Daniel was a superb guy who spent hours with us to get the car we wanted and Dondi who made sure the agreement was right and Roger who got me a great rate and signed the papers with me. Anthony had the hardest job which was to teach my wife and I how it all worked. These guys all went above and beyond to make us happy. My wife wanted a Mercedes but after this experience we will probably drive an Infinity from Harte forever. We had some work done on the car after we bought it and they not only did all we asked they painted a full front bumper and side panel as extras. They also fixed a scratch on the steering wheel that my wife called in after the whole deal was done. We arrived three hours early, they moved our luggage from our loaner to our car without even a request and we were on our way. What a great experience! Wish I could remember all the service guys names. More

Everybody at Harte Infiniti was nice but I suggest only dealing with Joe Finelli, everyone should have the chance to purchase a vehicle from a salesman like Joe. He is courteous, polite and honest. He will take care of you and do what he promises, if you have a problem with this guy I can guarantee he's not the problem, you are. Great communication, awesome follow up, I'm really happy and look forward to bringing my business here in the future. I'm glad I gave them a chance and didn't listen to some of the bad reviews, they have a new management team in place and what they're doing is working. In summary go see Joe Finelli, buy whatever he is selling and I guarantee you won't be disappointed, thanks again Joe I love my M56x!!!!!! For anybody reading this review you will see this same review cut and pasted on other sites but that's because I had such a positive experience here that I really do want others to give Harte Infinti a try.
