Well, the time finally came and we were in the market – first we reviewed several manufacturers and settled on Infiniti, we especially loved the new Q50. Harte Infiniti and Anower Hossain were excellent. We had great service. Anower was friendly, extremely knowledgeable on the Infiniti cars and not pushy, at all. He followed up with us on our needs and found us a great car, at a great price. We highly recommend Anower and Harte Infiniti and will spread the word to our family and friends. I'd like to close by saying I'd recommend working with Harte Infiniti if you're in the market for a new or used car. Anower and Carmen Mazzarella, the Business Manager really made the process simple and kept things moving quickly in the Finance Office. A special request we had was to utilize our vanity plates – that was accomplished with little effort because Anower took care of it like it was his own car. While having a new car is one of our great pleasures, the sales process is usually a hated experience. I must say, this one was good all-around..... Great People to buy a car from I went to Harte originally looking for a used Infiniti. Joe was the sales person to help me and he was very nice. At one point he did suggest a great deal that they had on a new vehicle, and it was done because he honestly thought it would be a good bargain for me...not because he was trying to upsell me. After my first visit, he was not overly pushy. he got back to me in a timely fashion with the info that I had requested, but was not harassing me at all. When I came back to see if a deal could be reached, both him and Nate were great - not pushovers but they were very fair and responsive. I would definitely recommend both of them to others. The only reason why I gave 4 stars on facilities is because they didn't have a showroom to work out of because of a fire (no fault of their own). I am sure that the facilities that they are rebuilding/rebuilt will be top notch. More

They did not overly push their cars onto you and let you time to think things over without any pressure. Anower helped with me a wealth of knowledge about their cars in the lot and acted extremely professional throughout the process. I reccomend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Anower! More
