Harte Infiniti did Right By Me! Last fall, I had some service done. It was a couple of days after the fire, and unfortunately the service was not done well - and I had some serious issues that I noticed when I got back to Vermont. I was lucky nothing happened. I alerted the dealership and ended up dealing with Nate. He made things very right by me, and I could not be any happier. I feel very valued as a customer and do not hesitate to talk up Harte Infiniti to all of my friends in CT. Very Good experience with the team at Harte Infiniti. We were in the market to purchase a used car for our daughters college graduation gift. I was already impressed by how quickly they responded to our request. Sales consultant Joe Finelli brought the car to our home for us to see, after working all day as we were unable to get to the dealership. He was fabulous to work with, very knowledgeable about the car and a nice man to work with as well. We purchased the car 2 days later and once again worked with a great Harte professional,Carmen Mazzarella the finance manager who gave us the best options to fit our budget and helped us with financing issues too. Overall the experience was great and I will surely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Who thought it could be FUN to buy a car... Just picked up our new Infiniti QX60 and Joe Finelli has to be THE best, least pushy salesman we have ever dealt with! What a down to earth pleasant man who made, what I find, to be a usually aggravating experience a FUN one. Is that even possible? Well it was with Joe. It took us a few weeks to decide on weather or not to even purchase a new car and in that time we were not hounded or made to feel pressured. When we had a question or two we were called back in a timely manner, had it answered by Joe or someone else and then miraculously left alone. No hard sell. No badgering. No "making us a deal we had to take on the spot or it was gone" tactic that we have been approached with in the past. Just really nice people trying to help us out. LOVED IT! This is something hard to find at other delaerships in Hartford, and he won me over form the moment we met. Working in the Medical Supply field, I needed to find a vehicle that had a spacious interior, and was also fun to drive. Joe showed me a trade in that was not even on the lot yet, because he took the time to guage my needs and lead me to an excellent vehicle that had all of the luxuries I so desired. He was a part of every step, from finding the vehicle, to working with Roger (who did a great job finding me a lease) to working with Joe Guarino getting the ac taken care (a small issue with a valve not working, they fixed it promptly and my car has been cool ever since). What sets this dealership apart from the competition, is HONESTY! They fullfilled everything they said, and impressed me with their follow-up at every step of the way.
