OUTSTANDING Customer Service by Tom Terry My brand new M37X with less than 4000 miles obtained some damage to my side view mirror when I swerved to avoid an accident. It would have cost My brand new M37X with less than 4000 miles obtained some damage to my side view mirror when I swerved to avoid an accident. It would have cost up to $1500 to replace this mirror, yet Tom Terry was able to reposition the mirror and buff the scratches off of the outside so you can't even see them free of charge!! I have purchased two vehicles from Harte Infiniti and have always been happy with the dealership. Tom Terry provided OUTSTANDING, quick and fair service to me today and because of him you will get my repeat business in the future! More

Harte Stands Behind its Customers My 06 M35X (which I purchased from Harte) was totaled in an accident, it saved my life and I wanted another, I went to my service guy Ray Gosselin who My 06 M35X (which I purchased from Harte) was totaled in an accident, it saved my life and I wanted another, I went to my service guy Ray Gosselin who matched me up with Joe Finelli in sales. Joe took the time to listen to what I wanted and within a day produced almost my exact vehicle, only nicer. Joe and Harte worked with me, were patient as I worked through insurance issues and had the car ready with impeccable attention to detail. I even got a year of Infiniti Personal assistant which is just great to use! Joe is a low pressure guy who gets it done, well worth your time and I trust Ray and the dealership with taking good car of my car for me. I whole heartedly recommend this dealership. Professionalism that Exceeds all other Dealerships On Thursday, July 25, 2014, I went to Harte Infiniti in Hartford, Connecticut to have work completed on my 2010 Infiniti that I purchased at another d On Thursday, July 25, 2014, I went to Harte Infiniti in Hartford, Connecticut to have work completed on my 2010 Infiniti that I purchased at another dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted and shown the waiting room to wait for my vehicle to be ready. I decided while I was there that I wanted to look at the other vehicles that would be comparable to mine and that I needed a sales associate that could “deal” with me – stubborn Italian mother of three. I was directed to Anower Hossain and from that moment on I was no longer just a shopper but the shopper in charge of meeting my needs with a sales associate that was patient, listened, and showed me vehicles that would meet my criteria. He took the information down of the specs that I would want in a vehicle and what was necessary versus what was not necessary to meet the needs of my family. Then we took a walk on the lot. We walked around the lot and he said to me “look at the vehicles and “you tell me what style, body style, options, etc. you see that you like and then we will grab the keys and go from there”. We looked at a few I though I would like and he was right we grabbed the keys and once inside I knew that it wouldn’t fit my family. I took a ride in a QX 56 and I was sold. He was right I needed to see what I thought would fit my family and test it out – 3 car seats and all and then check out the rest. It was the QX56 that is our family car that meets our needs. I decided to purchase a 2011 Infinity QX56, which completely meets my needs and my families. Throughout the entire transaction he listened to what I said, he was great at quality customer service, and was completely buyer oriented which is the focus of a good dealership (listening to me and not steering the conversation or my buying process). He was interested in what I wanted to buy and what was going to meet my needs and my families needs. This is a character quality of an excellent sales associate. On top of that the process didn’t take all day and I was able to drive my vehicle home in a reasonable amount of time. Not only did they register my car for me so I didn’t have to go to the RMV, which was AWESOME. I worked with Anower Hossain and the General Manager, Nate Orkney, who was unremarkable. The both of them co-teaming to meet my needs to make the sale and not make me feel pressured and work with me to deliver what I was looking for was a truly Infiniti experience. A dealership that has employees that can work together and show that collaboration is important is important to my buying experience and me. I am a Harte Infiniti Car Owner for Life because of these sales associates.
