Went in for a test drive I went to test drive the QX60 to see if it would be a contender when we were ready to size up in a year or so. I met with Anower, and was upfront about "just looking". He was very patient and discussed all options. We went on a test drive, and next thing I knew I brought a car home to show my husband. Anower was not high pressure at all. After negotiating, I feel that I got a very fair price for my trade and great deal on my new QX60! This was by far my best car buying experience. More

From the welcoming receptionist, Aldo the internet specialist and my salesman Matthew I felt so comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. Every person we saw gave us a smile and offered their service to us, even the general manager Nate came out to greet us (and no we weren't buying a new expensive car we were buying a lower priced used car). Even the credit process was made pleasant thanks to Carmen! In a work where people so quickly complain about bad service I want to commend this dealership for such a great experience?? More

From the minute we started dealing with Daniel about a week ago over the phone he was just fantastic to deal with. EVERYTHING WAS READY AND IN ORDER WHEN WE ARRIVED all we had to do was sign the papers and we were ready to rock and roll. Daniel expained the cars ins and outs so that we felt prepared to drive it back home . I know I feel comfortable calling him any time with any question I may have . we had an amazing experience and when we are ready for another car in the very near future we will be calling Daniel and his amazing collegues and Harte Infinity. The drive was worth it to deal with amazing people. like Daniel . In all the years that we have been buying luxury cars greater that 30 yers we have never had as smooth closure of the deal as we had with harte infinity it was rapid efficient and no pressure. An Unparalleled Car Buying Experience My last five or six cars have been pre-owned top of the line Lexus. Buy with around 50k miles, keep for couple years, till around 150k then start aga My last five or six cars have been pre-owned top of the line Lexus. Buy with around 50k miles, keep for couple years, till around 150k then start again. Although I love Lexus cars, I recently started to see a pattern of recalls, and car repair issues, one specific issue, burning or using oil. One of my priorities is dependability and thus I like Toyota, Nissan and Honda best. Years ago I test drove and loved a used Infiniti Q45, but couldn't afford it. A good friend owned the same car and we had many good road trips, guess I always thought I would give Infiniti a try. My cousin worked for Harte Infiniti in Sales for a number of years, a number of years ago, and always spoke highly of Harte and the people that worked there. I guess like most people I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with car dealers. I've learned that luxury or high end car dealers aspire to differentiate themselves from middle of the road car dealers by providing a more red carpet service. But in my mind, you should still be wary of some of the historically, less than customer oriented tactics they use to sell you a car. Well I was very pleasantly enlightened, with my car buying experience from Harte Infiniti. For sure I got the Red Carpet treatment every step of the way, I felt like I was buying a Rolls Royce. But what really impressed me was the transparency, honesty and absolute genuine desire of the entire staff, from the Receptionist, to Anower, the Sales Representative, to Jay the Used Car Manager/Appraiser, to Carmen the Business Manager, to Nate the General Manager, to provide an unparalleled car buying experience. I still can't believe it, these guys really get it. Although I thought I wanted a coupe when I entered the dealership, Anower, after patiently listening to my likes and dislikes and thoughtfully probing about my needs, intuitively new I'd be happier with the top of the line Q70, and from memory, immediately brought the perfect car for me to the door for test drive. After setting us up with carte blanche, at near by restaurant, he, in a whirlwind, this guy is high energy, make the customer happy all the way, assured me that he would secure the best way to purchase ...leasing ..financing ...based on our agreed upon terms. As I am a car fanatic, and had religiously cared for my car in and out I was considering trying sell my car myself, even though the trade in price they gave me was the best I had received from the two or three dealers I had already seen. This is where I really learned that Harte has a Heart...lol... After completing the transaction and happily driving away with my gorgeous new Q70. I realized that although, I may be able to sell my well cared for car, 2007 Lexus GS 350, at a slightly higher price, than the trade in price. It's the financing. The potential buyers could not always ..easily get the financing to buy it. Hat in hand, I called Nate the General Manger, and expecting zero consideration after the sale, I explained my dilemma. Gracious, is an understatement, like a father welcoming his wayward son back with open arms, he unraveled the transaction and saved me from a very costly mistake, having two car payments etc. I know the Harte Auto Group has many brands, but I also know that an organization sets the standards from the top, and based on my experience, there is no other place to buy a car than from Harte!
