Cannot put into words how wonderful, easy, first class the experience was! Micheal went beyond salesman, he was knowledgable, courteous, attentive and just plain on the ball! He helped us get the exact car we were looking for, helped negotiate a great price, answered all comminication prompty and made sure we were beyond happy with our car! Harte gave us a loan with the lowest APR we have ever received (and we have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years) , even without perfect credit. We are already looking to buy another vehicle with them, and to work with Michael G. again. More

I felt no pressure whatsoever during my time there and felt more like they wanted me to be informed about everything. Im glad to say i found my 2013 nissan maxima, test drove it and filled out the paperwork. I left there a very happen man!! Poor service and communication They had my car for 4 days never really fixed the main issue with my car. Which was a evac leak instead sold me a new gas cap. Customer service downfall! I was in the market for a new car for about 2 months since my old car was racking up a lot of miles. I did a test drive with Howard Allison in August I was in the market for a new car for about 2 months since my old car was racking up a lot of miles. I did a test drive with Howard Allison in August on an Infiniti Q70. Initially I was I was very impressed with the dealership and the service that received which mattered the most once a made my decision. I finally went ahead with the purchase and was well taken care of by Michael Gay. After I took delivery of a Q70L, it all went downhill from there. It basically boiled down to subscribing to the Infiniti Connection service. Initially I was told by Howard Allison that it was a software issue and the software needed to be updated. Turns out there was a recall issue associated with this BRAND NEW car to upgrade the hardware and not only were they not prepared to handle this issue, I was lied to by the sales associate and sent to 4 different people between the service and parts department about this issue. More

Worst experience Worst experience. Went in Thursday to finalizw paperwork and called an hour later to cancel the warranty. Howard told me to call back Saturday. Called Worst experience. Called him back and sent an email just to let me know when it was taken care of. No response. Its now Wedneaday...still none. Howard was supposed to drop off my car by yesterday ir the day before and nobody has even called me about my car OR the warranty. I've also left a voicemail for the finance manager who never got back to me either. Plan on asking for my money back today after work. Disappointed because i read about such great reviews. ONLY IN IT FOR THE SALE. Afterwards nothing to help. Still don't even have my car and have had to keep switching insurance around because he forgot he didn't even have the title last week when I was supposed to pick it up and blew me off yesterday and never dropped it off. More
