Worst experience Worst experience. Went in Thursday to finalizw paperwork and called an hour later to cancel the warranty. Howard told me to call back Saturday. Called Worst experience. Called him back and sent an email just to let me know when it was taken care of. No response. Its now Wedneaday...still none. Howard was supposed to drop off my car by yesterday ir the day before and nobody has even called me about my car OR the warranty. I've also left a voicemail for the finance manager who never got back to me either. Plan on asking for my money back today after work. Disappointed because i read about such great reviews. ONLY IN IT FOR THE SALE. Afterwards nothing to help. Still don't even have my car and have had to keep switching insurance around because he forgot he didn't even have the title last week when I was supposed to pick it up and blew me off yesterday and never dropped it off.
