Fast and Great Service! I popped in without an appointment to make sure my truck was safe to drive across country because I was hearing a noise coming from the front end. Fast and good service. One problem, though. I called and asked how much it would cost me for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that the tire rotation would be $25, and I got a coupon in your websi asked how much it would cost me for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that the tire rotation would be $25, and I got a coupon in your website for the oil change ($39.99, synthetic). That would cost me around $65 plus taxes. When I was dropping off my car, I was first told the service was going to cost me around $84, and that’s when I said no, it won’t. I explained that I called ahead, asked about the cost BEFORE scheduling the service. The associate than readjusted the invoice for $65 but, as I arrived home, I found out that they used the regular oil 2W, not the 0W as I requested. More
