Bought a used car and was promised a few things would be replaced so my car could feel like new. Never received a phone call. It took months to finally get it resolved. When I took my car in for a recall they made the change, but then messed up my air conditioner. When I finally got my car replacement parts, they told me a couple things were fixed that I asked them to take a look at-- they weren't fixed. When I picked my car up, the car looked (no exaggeration) like they left the windows open underneath a tree during fall, allowing leaves, grass, and tree sap to fall into the car. I had to take it to a professional car cleaner immediately after picking my car up.
