If you want to sell you car, PLEASE! !!!! Don't do it with Hart Nissan!!!! They offered me more money than other dealerships but when they didn't disclose until after I signed the contrac !!!! I sold with CarMax and I received my money when I left the keys of my old car. I thought that would be the same with HART but it wasn't. it took me theee weeks of calls almost every day even though they told me I will have my check in 4 or 5 days. So, If you need your money don't do it unless you want to experience an awful treatment... three weeks later still waiting ... More

I saw a 2019 Pathfinder with low miles and a trailer hitch, which was my requirement for a new vehicle. I called the day before to make sure the car was still available and made an appointment for the n hitch, which was my requirement for a new vehicle. I called the day before to make sure the car was still available and made an appointment for the next day. I called that morning to ensure the vehicle was still available and asked for financing. The sales rep said the car was still available and he would see me at my appointment. I take a $50 Uber an hour from home to the dealership. I got there and test drove the 2019 I reserved. Once the test drive was over and we were back at the dealership, the sales rep told me the car I test drove was sold that morning. They proceeded to try to get me to buy a 2022 Pathfinder at $51K😒. I was very pissed off, to say the least. The manager wanted to sell me another car with double the miles and the same price tag. I spent $100 in Ubers and hours wasted. Oh, and by the way, the vehicle is still on their websites for the Springfield location and Richmond location! They are a bunch of scammers trying to bait and switch buyers. I recommend looking for a more honest dealership that won't waste your time and money! More
The salesperson that I had, Ben, was friendly, honest and really great to work with. The car that he showed my daughter and I was tremendous for the price. Super car with unbelievably low mileage. The only issue that we had was when we went in to pick up the car. I had not quibbled or haggled on the price, they wanted $24,000 I gave them $24,000. But I asked that the car be fully detailed because there was junk under the seats and the lady who had owned it prior had a dog and there was hair everywhere. Their detail guys absolutely were horrible. They claimed they detailed it twice but there were empty water bottles under the seat with other garbage. They never bent over. Plus there was cleaner overspray everywhere. We demanded the price of a real detail, which we would do ourselves, in refund, which they promised but we never received. Every time we called we got a different answer. It has been over a week now and we know they lied to us just to make us go away. So thank you Ben you were great, but the rest of the crew are just another typical car dealership full of manure. More

Absolutely the best experience I have had at a dealership ever and I am someone who trades in my vehicles every two years. I was just driving by in my Camry that just hit 10k miles when a truck caught my eye ever and I am someone who trades in my vehicles every two years. I was just driving by in my Camry that just hit 10k miles when a truck caught my eye on their lot so I popped in for a test drive. Everyone was casual, low key and friendly. No fuss, pressure and definitely no extra mark ups like other dealerships in the area. Loved the truck the second I got into it. They asked me what it would take, I told them and they worked the numbers until I was happy. I have been back twice in the last week to ask questions and ended up hanging out for a bit. Great people, incredible service and most importantly they are honest. Be sure and buy your next vehicle from Hart and ask for Wes. If you want buy a Nissan or talk Harleys, sport bikes or trucks/cars or what sports or college your kids are in to in general he has some stories. Don’t forget to text me Wes next time you have your hooligan bike at work. Speaking of stories Bob the finance specialist not only will work your deal until you are happy he served in 75th Rangers in Vietnam so he has few. Ask him to see his coin, that is worth the stop all by itself. I never thought I would buy a Nissan especially a Nissan truck but here I am and I love my truck! As long as I am in the DC/VA area this will be my go to for vehicles. Nissan surprised me with what they have done to their vehicles. No longer Toyota’s kid brother. Now a better vehicle with better warranty coverage and most of all they know how to treat people. More
