I visited the dealership to get a new pathfinder and it was exceptionally great service and dedicated effort by Sabrine. Unfortunately I ended up buying a new Hyundai sonata elsewhere. I purchased a used Jeep from Hart Nissan of Nova this month (November 2022). The staff here are the best - Sabrine, Josh, Bob, and everyone else we’re incredibly professional and super friendly. They mad month (November 2022). The staff here are the best - Sabrine, Josh, Bob, and everyone else we’re incredibly professional and super friendly. They made the entire process as painless as possible and while the car took some time to prep for VA inspection, they handled it and me with extreme care and respect. I have nothing but great things to say about these wonderful people and I am sure this won’t be my last interaction with them. I live in MD but I plan on bringing my Jeep here for its regular servicing (oil changes, etc). I’m honestly so impressed with their attitudes and felt taken care of from the start. I have never had such an amazing experience as I did with Hart!!! More
