Im willing to drive 45 mins west to service vehicle, even though Randall Ford Service is 2 miles from my house. Randall Ford is "Terrible" to work with compared to HRSF crew! Keep up great service. I have been using this service department for over three years now and they generally are friendly and accommodating. Once your vehicle gets in to get serviced they are quick and efficient. The problem is getting an accurate appointment set up. Several times tried calling both parts and service and would get to a voicemail and efficient. The problem is getting an accurate appointment set up. Several times tried calling both parts and service and would get to a voicemail box that has not been set up or could not accept voicemails. My vehicle sit there one day and was not touched when I was informed that they could get it in before lunch. I know they’re expanding and working on this department I will continue to use them and hopefully Service only gets better as the upgrades and expansion happens in this department. More
Dealer was willing to help me with my RV issues, but cannot diagnose the issue. Change a part and checked me out to continue my journey. Front desk is great. Mechanics though? Little debatable. Joseph and rocky, Super nice, and able to get me a lower price for the diagnostic after talking with them. But ev Mechanics though? The diagnostic price wasn’t ever discussed to begin with when first calling the dealership to have my car brought to them. Takes 2 min to plug a code reader in and figure it out. $170 for 2-5 min of your time? What a rip off. Now, when the tow truck was called, the tow truck driver insisted that he would load my car up on the truck. Instead the mechanic who was driving my car, decided to be an xxx and ramp it onto the truck and bent my bumper to a 90 degree angle and scraped it up the entire ramp. Causing my bumper to then pop off the clips that are holding it together. Not a single apology, just an oh well it happens. Super unprofessional. If that’s happening to my car, who else’s car is he driving round like that? Don’t ask me for his name, was too pissed to even ask and had to walk away before causing a scene at a dealership. And the fact that my mother and grandmother both witnessed this. Do better in the mechanics department👍🏻 It’s a xxxx show. More
