We had a great NO HASSEL - NO PRESSURE - NO RUNAROUND experience with David Buttery and Kevin Richardson and we walked out with a 2018 Ford F-150 4x4 ! The ladies in the front were very sweet to our boys and entertained them while they waited on us to do paperwork ! We will definitely be back when it’s time to trade in my husbands truck next year ! Today (1/29/19) we purchased our fourth vehicle, a used 2013 Ford 150 truck and we absolutely LOVE it. We told our wonderful salesperson, Kevin Richardson, a few days ago that we were in the market for a truck. He asked about our price range and model year, etc. and said he would do his best to find us something. Well, he certainly did. He called us and said he had a truck coming in and he would let us know when it arrived. Then he called us today to say it had arrived and we took it for a test drive, fell in love with it, and thanks to Kevin it is now in our garage. Kevin goes out of his way to make sure everything is just so and the truck was spotless. Kevin even personally transferred all of out "stuff" from our old truck to the new one. We will definitely recommend Harry Robinson Sallisaw Ford (in fact we already have) and I'm sure when we are in the market for another vehicle, we will be back. More

Long story short...my service contract compan I'm new here, and as a former Ford employee, I ALWAYS take my vehicle to the local dealership for work. Long story short...my service contract company would not approve a major repair, and this dealership told me they were "waiting on a return call". Called my old boss where I had purchased my truck, he gave me some phone numbers, and eventually talked to the guy that went back and listened to the call between them and this dealership...completely different story than what they had told me. End result was they will not approve work done at this facility, and for good reason...will be going to Ft. Smith for the repairs. More

They broke our dash and suggested it was broken before the service. They suggested that there was no way to prove it was their fault. The owner shamed us along with the service manager. Overcharging to plug our car into a computer to tell them our battery needed changed. I could have told them that. Every time you go here they "have to plug it in." No common sense. Needless to say we will never buy a vehicle here or have our vehicle serviced at this dealership. More
