Awesome experience from Kansas I think they were a little surprised that we drove 4 1/2 hours to get our Honda CRV, but we had three reasons: 1. The price was awesome! 2. OUTSTANDING in all respects Met James Durham on a Sunday while "just looking" as our car had been totaled in a flood. Selected a new Buick to purchase without back and forth, half-day haggling and was handed off to Pam Thompson to finalize our paperwork, which was uneventful and highly organized, really liked the electronic desk paperwork. Very 21st Century. When we picked up the car two days later, Adriana Burton took us through all aspects of the new car to insure we understood all thee bells and whistles on the car (and there are many). It was amazing how well she knew all aspects of this vehicle. My wife and I highly recommend Harry Robinson for all your Buick and GMC needs from sales, to service and even body shop (which is also FANTASTIC by the way). More
