I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I have to say I am not one to recommend buying a car online, none the less without seeing it, test driving it or having checked it out. But John and his sales staff made a believer in me. I had been looking for this car for 6 months, dealt with dealers both locally and out of state. The whole process from beginning to end (the car being delivered to me in NJ) was A+!!! Everything went as promised. John and staff gave me the best price and customer service on this car purchase. I am completely satisfied with the way they operate as a business. Very old fashioned and the way it is supposed to be. Not many businesses today care about their customers as much as they do. I would highly recommend anyone both in the state of Arkansas and out of state to purchase a vehicle from here. What could of been a scarey experience turned out to be one of the best experiences and so thankful!! I love my 2010 Ford Shelby!!!! Liked: Disliked: More
Not satisfied at all. They told us that the car had bluetooth for the hands free wireless phone usage. And it was just the onstar buttons. We went back to the dealership and asked how to use the blueto bluetooth for the hands free wireless phone usage. And it was just the onstar buttons. We went back to the dealership and asked how to use the bluetooth. Then they tried to do it and said, "There is no bluetooth." They told us there was blouetooth, and then they are telling us "We said it was bluetooth CAPABLE. that means it can be installed on your vehicle at YOUR cost." I am in the military, and they knew that. I was not expecting to get some special treatment, but I REALLY was not especting to vet completely HOSED. Stay away from Jackie Moran. She is not a very good Sales Rep. They are also very aggressive abut signing that day and don't want you to leave. During negotiations, every time I wanted to go and check the vehicle, they tried to keep me inside. Also, the Sales Managed, Chip is not a straight shooter. When i told him that I felt i got a raw deal, he said "YOu signed a contract." I said "Falling back on a contract is like saying that you fooled me." He said "Well...we did." Then later on he denied making that comment when i said i wanted to talk to the owner. More
They tried o put me into a car that was not at all what I wanted. Then they insisted I take home the car that I wanted for an overnight trial so I could see how I DID NOT WANT the car--in their opinion. I wanted. They checked my credit and I was turned down but they did not tell me which co did it and I never got the letter telling me why turned down. I went to another new Buick dealership in another city and bought the same car thru GMAC with no problems. More
