Excellent customer service! I recently went for service at "another dealer down the road" to have a couple of things fixed on my 2014 Acadia. Not only did that service dept NOT I recently went for service at "another dealer down the road" to have a couple of things fixed on my 2014 Acadia. Not only did that service dept NOT fix my original issues, they left my vehicle with more problems than it had to begin with! After several days of frustrations of going back and forth with them, I contacted Harry Robinson GMC's service department who listened and pointed me in the right direction. Not only did they fix my problems, they went through my entire vehicle and took care of other arising issues that I wasn't aware of that my warranty covered. They made sure I was taken care of with a nice loaner vehicle in the meantime. AND when I went to pick up my Acadia, it was much cleaner than when I had left it! ;) Thank you Drew, Brian, & Smitty!
