Beyond my Expectations! I 1st made the mistake of going elswhere before visiting Harry Robinson which was just that, a mistake! After looking at so many different vehicles an I 1st made the mistake of going elswhere before visiting Harry Robinson which was just that, a mistake! After looking at so many different vehicles and being completely stressed out and being denied time after time after time, I was just about to give up until Jerry reached out to me. I had went to the Harry Robinson website to browse a little and Jerry had seen where I was interested in a few different vehicles so he called me. I did not get my hopes up and just knew that it was going to more wasted time. Jerry was so nice, kind, and truly understanding. Really down to earth and I really felt like he listened to what I was saying. Anyway, Saturday about noon while I was at work, my cell phone rang and it was Jerry. I figured here comes the bad news!! Jerry said "WE GOT YOU DONE WHEN DO YOU WANNA COME GET YOUR CAR" I cannot tell you that feeling at that moment!!! From start to finish, Jerry was just a super nice guy. Extremely happy and satisfied I have been everywhere trying to trade in my 2016 Veloster that I purchased in January 2016 and every place had told me no. I had talked to Jerry seve I have been everywhere trying to trade in my 2016 Veloster that I purchased in January 2016 and every place had told me no. I had talked to Jerry several times on the phone and never went up there knowing I would be rejected like other places told me. I finally go up there and Jerry gets me in contact with Drew and he sat me down and went over my options and tried his hardest and got me approved for a brand new buick. I was in negative equity with a 21% interest and financed through a bad credit bank. Drew got me my interest cut over half and financed through GM and I am no longer in negative equity. I am very happy Jerry kept trying to get me to come out and happy Drew took a chance and got me what I needed and wanted! More
