Chad Pickett and Adriana Burton were very friendly and helpful. Chad was very informative and really helped us find what we wanted and needed. Very easy going and also seemed to love helping people. Johnny is a great salesman….addressing all our questions. James made our signing and explaining the paperwork on the new car so easy and he is just as nice as his brother, Johnny, our salesman! Then we met Adriana, she is so knowledgeable on every aspect of our new car. She is so patient and kind. I’ve come back several more times and she is always willing to “teach” me more and answer every question I have. T In summary, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership!!! I have always driven cash cars or maybe financed a cheaper vehicle. Well I decided I was going go out my 800 credit score and the 120,000 I made a year into good use and treat myself for my birthday. cheaper vehicle. Idk if it was a racial thing or the fact that I drove up in an older does focus that wasn’t worth very much… but I told him that I wanted to look at some sports cars or large SUV’s and I saw on their website that they had a nice Mercedes some on nice loaded up Acadia’s and Tahoes and he literally LAUGHED and said “maybe we should look at something cheaper” when I told him that I could afford it he wanted to bring me inside and run my credit before he would even show me the vehicle be cause he didn’t want to “waist his time showing me vehicles I couldn’t afford” How insulting. I could put 50% down that day but I guess because I’m black and drove an older car he thought I couldn’t afford it. I have not been that insulted in a long time. When I asked if their was a manager or other salesmen I could speak with he very flippantly said that everyone was busy and it would be an hour late. He didn’t even go inside to check. So I drove off and bought an Acadia Denali somewhere else. I thought we were past the days that black people cant afford nice cars More
