Horrible Service Rude People 1. Waited Dec. 28-Jan 24 for appointment: no reminder or updates, no wonder Farmers suggested Collision Center in Fort Smith. They will have my servic 1. Waited Dec. 28-Jan 24 for appointment: no reminder or updates, no wonder Farmers suggested Collision Center in Fort Smith. They will have my service from now on. I'll never be back to Harry Robinson. 2. Mike , in the Body Shop, was not honest about the damage he said was done by concrete: I hit a fawn, there's no concrete on the road. I have pictures he did not want to see. 3. The car was due Jan. 28. No phone call, no car, not service, dealership, body shop let me know where my vehicle was. "Mike" left for an emergency leaving me with an emergency as I have a mother in hospice and a cousin in Chemotherapy that I was responsible for taking to treatment and no car. If the DEALERSHIP had notified me, therefore MIKE or SOMEONE, I could have made other arrangements. My cousin had to be admitted to the hospital because of Friday and REMAINS there, as MY CAR remains at Harry Robinson. 4. The General Manager and I quote " what do you want me to do, run around to every department and find your car? We always make appointments a month out." I was told it was lack of parts. This dealership does not communicate with customers or care about their " emergencies " or how rude they are or untruthful, especially the General Manager. Everetts GMC ranks a 5 Star and WILL have my business going forward. More

My Experience I went in to trade in my car so that I could lower my monthly payments. We looked at several used car's that would make that possible. As I was about I went in to trade in my car so that I could lower my monthly payments. We looked at several used car's that would make that possible. As I was about to give up hope, I was given the option to look at a new car. In the long run, test drove the car and fell in love with it. It has so many great features and I'm glad I was gave that option. To make things even better I'm saving money on my car payment each month! More

The whole experience was relatively quick and easy I did not have a lot of time to car shop. Jerry helped my dad find a vehicle and helped me do all the paperwork that I could over the phone. He worked patiently with my husband and I, done everything in his power to get us in a vehicle we liked and Kyle was an amazing and friendly salesman! He worked patiently with my husband and I, done everything in his power to get us in a vehicle we liked and could afford with a low down payment that was suitable for my family! Once approved, we talked with Mike whom was awesome and friendly as well! He got us very low and affordable payments and sent us on our way that day with our new vehicle!
