The most outstanding experience I was in the market for a vehicle that would be not only reliable, but a fit for our 6 person family. I decided to check out Harry Robinson in Fort Smith, after going online I received the call we all know we are going to get after filling out any piece of information online. To my surprise, the representative (Megan) on the other end was not only kind, but knowledgeable. She worked her hardest to get me the payment I needed, and approved when I never thought I would. I went in, worked with Zac (also very kind and respectful) to ensure my deal was everything I wanted. Jon (very intelligent and so kind) sat me down and thoroughly explained what I needed to know, and answered every question I had!
