Harry Brown's has been a part of the Faribault, MN, community for more than 50 years. The founder, Harry Brown, opened the original dealership at the corner of Highways 21 and 60 when he returned from serving in the Naval Reserves. What started as a small operation in a two-room log cabin has become the region's largest and most trusted full-service auto dealership. Excellent Customer Service. So, I had my search down to the exact truck I wanted. Had one picked out on-line from another dealer. I had emailed that sales staff, but only rec So, I had my search down to the exact truck I wanted. Had one picked out on-line from another dealer. I had emailed that sales staff, but only received an automated response. By the time that sales team got back to me, the truck I had decided I would buy, apparently sold..... After searching every RAM dealer within the metro and surrounding areas, I found the RAM I purchased. I filled out the online request -and within 10 minutes had a call back. Arranged a test drive for 11am the next day, and by 1pm, I was on my way home with my truck. Sean won my business not only because the pricing was excellent, but because he responded so quickly - it is how I go about my business as a salesperson. Even in tough times, it's so important to continue to provide the best customer service - and when you do, your business will grow and you will have repeat business. More
